By using the Platform you agree to the use of your information in accordance with this Policy and all other policies on our Platform and agree to be bound by the User Agreement as displayed anywhere on the Platform.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all Users of our Platform. This privacy policy explains our information collection and disclosure practices and goes into detail about who we are, what information we might collect about you, how we might use, store and share that information and finally details your rights and choices in relation to that personal information.

Any capitalised words not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the User Agreement.

  1. SCOPE

This policy covers the service offered on the Platform (the “Service”) and the personal information we collect as a result of the provision of such Service. This Policy applies only to users (“Users”) of the Site or Mobile Application. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from the Platform including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that can be used to identify You.  The Personal Information we collect includes:

  1. Identity Information – Including but not limited to first name, last name, title, phone number including country code, Government Identification document, CV
  2. Contact Information – email address, telephone number
  3. Usage Information– including some information about how you use our website and services
  4. Non-Identifying Information – IP address, Country, City, Geographic Area

At times, we may combine Non-Identifying Information and Personal Information in a manner which enables you to be identified. Where this occurs, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information and afford it strict confidence.

In addition to the above, in posting a job advertisement as either a Private Client or Business Client, you are likely to provide us with additional information in order to make your job advertisement complete and comprehensive. As a Service Provider, your User Profile may also contain information relating to your work history and experience. As any User of the Platform, you will have the opportunity to post a picture and/or video on your User Profile and other Personal Information. The information on your User Profile may be visible to all other Users of the Platform and the general public unless you make use of the “Hide my Profile” feature.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

“HIDE MY PROFILE”

 

Users choosing to make use of this privacy feature will have the visibility of their profile removed from search results of any search made by any User of the Platform.

Please note: this privacy feature will be overridden where a Service Provider applies for a job with the feature enabled. Clients are able to see all Service Providers who apply for their job post.

MOBILE APPLICATION ACCESS

While using our Mobile Application, in order to provide certain features of our, we may collect, with your prior permission:

  1. Information regarding your location
  2. Pictures and other information from your device’s camera and photo library

We use this information to provide features of our Service and to improve and customize our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it be simply stored on your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your Device settings.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

As part of our User verification process , you will have the option to request a verification check in order to verify that you are the holder of any account you create with us. We will hold any documents you provide to us during the account verification in line with this privacy policy.

In using our services, you are likely to provide us with some or all of the personal information described above. When making an enquiry using the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website you are likely to provide us with identity information which will be used to respond to you.

When your Account is deleted as a result of receiving a request from you, your User Profile will no longer be accessible or visible to any Users of the Platform, however we will retain anonymised data, from which you are unable to be identified for a period of at least 6 months after receiving your deletion request.

When your User Profile is deleted as a result of breach of our Terms of Service, your User Profile will no longer be accessible or visible to any Users of the Platform. As in accordance with our Terms of Service, we will retain enough data to enable us to identify you and disallow you access to the Platform in the future.

Anonymised data will be retained to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements which apply to us.

Please note that we may anonymise User Profile and other data provided by Users after receipt of a deletion request and use it for statistical purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, data anonymisation is a type of information sanitisation whose intent is privacy protection. It is the process of removing personally identifiable information from data sets, so that the people whom the data describe remain anonymous.
